Enjoy our cabin and relax in Pine Mountain Lake's community in Groveland, Ca. You can access our home's spacious rooms and patio to lounge and recharge or decide to visit the lake, tee off a round of golf, or a game of tennis, all within the community! Visit Yosemite's hikes and vistas while experiencing awe-inspiring nature, traveling through a gold rush town, and visiting local shops & restaurants.

Entrance charges a one-time fee of $44 per vehicle for access to amenities.

The space
Our fully furnished cabin with a garage game room is tucked away in the heart of Pine Mountain Lake's gated community in Groveland, Ca. This home is minutes from the lake, lodge golf course, fishing cove, tennis/pickleball court, swimming pool, archery/shooting range, equestrian center, and kid playground. Our home offers a 1,200 sqft wrap-around deck with patio furniture to relax, entertain and create new memories.

Our home provides an adventure guide highlighting hikes, vista views, and exciting places to visit nearby. Experience awe-inspiring nature, travel through a gold rush town, and visit local shops & restaurants.

Do you need to work while you get away? We supply you with desks, high-speed wifi, and USB charge ports.

How we Support your Getaway:
Perfect for 2-3 families or groups, up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms

Bedroom #1: One queen bed plus 1 twin bunk bed. Total of 3 beds.

Bedroom #2: One queen bed plus one single futon chair. Total of 2 beds and a desk.

Bedroom #3 (Master): One king bed plus one single futon. Total of 2 beds, a baby crib, a computer desk, a 50" TV, and a full bathroom.

Living Room:
65" TV with a youtube TV subscription, a nook/working station with a charging hub, and lots of board games inside the coffee table.

Kitchen & Dining Room:
A large dining table (seats 8), coffee machine, instant pot, microwave, air fryer, full cooking utensils, and more.

Garage Game Room:
We have converted the garage into a game room adding Ping-Pong, Fooseball, and Indoor doubles basketball shooting game for your enjoyment during your stay.

Patio Deck:
A 1200 sq foot wrap-around deck with large sectional wicker sofas, an outdoor dining table (seats 6), a BBQ grill, and a hammock. The backside deck has a table and 4 chairs in a more private setting.

Backyard:
Spacious and open, with horseshoes game area

Parking: Our driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably but can extend to 6 if you tandem park.
Guest access
The security gate will charge a one-time fee of $44 per vehicle for a parking pass to access all Pine Mountain Lake (PML) amenities. This one-time fee covers your entire stay at PML. Before arrival, we will need you to provide us with all drivers' full names so we can add them to the guest list to allow access through the gate. This is a requirement for any guest renting a house in PML.

Guests will have full access to our home and all amenities throughout the gated community of PML.
Other things to note
See the Pine Mountain Lake site for COVID-19 precaution information and new rules and regulations of amenities (pool, lake, grill, etc.). Also, see the Yosemite site for new COVID-19 reservation requirements.

- We use a cleaning service to ensure the house is ready for you upon arrival. Cleaners arrive promptly at 11 a.m. on the day of checkout.

- Security cameras monitor the outside of the home for your safety.

Airbnb cleaning protocols are upheld to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Note: The fireplace is not working.

Backup Generator: From time to time, there are seasonal power outages. To help soften inconveniences due to nature, we have installed a power generator to keep your devices charged and the home illuminated.
