This condo and location is everything you dreamed about when coming to Maui. This one bedroom one bath has been remodeled and beautifully furnished. Split system A/C in the living room and bedroom, tile throughout and a newly renovated custom walk in shower. The Papakea Resort boasts two ocean front pools, gazebos, putting greens, shuffle board and Koi ponds with lovely tropical gardens. Enjoy sitting on your private lanai with breathtaking views of Molokai, watching the ocean life drift by with front row seats for the turtles, Humpback Whales during whale season and ending your day with Maui's amazing sunset.

Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.

*Note: All guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. There is a $25.00 per day resort fee that includes access to the facilities and parking.

Epic Realty was an epic failure in my opinion when I got there the freezer was stuck and wouldn't open I had nowhere to put my frozen food none of the clocks in the room or rooms worked my check-in time was at 4:00 even though no one stayed the night before and I could have checked in much earlier it was just a two-night stay when I got there at 4:00 there was somebody from epic Realty and she was there for an hour and a half fixing things bringing things in that was an hour and a half of my personal space being interrupted by a stranger and I was only staying there for two nights I paid the same amount of fees and cleaning services fees as somebody would pay for eight nights I believe those should have been reduced I was never able to use the freezer and there were no coffee filters we had to use paper towels on our last morning there they did drop off some coffee filters I believe that The Two Hosts involved do not live there they live like three time zones away so when it's 4:00 and you have a problem it's 8:00 their time on the East Coast or somewhere it would be really nice for them and for their customers if they had someone on the island with a little bit more Aloha to take care of their rentals

We are in fact locally based on the island, and we do have support available to assist guests when needed. Regarding your arrival, you did arrive prior to the designated 4:00 PM check-in time, and we clearly communicated that the property was not yet ready. Our team was actively preparing the unit to ensure it met our standards for your stay. The brief presence of our staff after check-in was part of completing final preparations and addressing items promptly so you could have a comfortable experience. This is not typical, but was done with the intention of resolving things quickly for you. We regret that certain items, like the freezer and coffee filters, did not meet expectations initially. When notified, we responded and delivered the missing items as soon as possible. Cleaning and service fees are standard per stay and are not based on the number of nights, as they reflect the full turnover and preparation required between guests. We truly value guest feedback and continuously work to improve. We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best condo units we have stayed in at Papakea. The unit was updated and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. And the view was fantastic!

Your house was amazing and this is not to say anything about anything bad but if I gave one suggestion. It would be barstools at the counter. I did not, it was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much for letting us stay there..
