Updated coastal vacation rental in the highly desirable, gated Perico Bay Club which is perfectly nestled within nature preserves and biking distance to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

The villa is bright and airy and has been almost entirely updated with all new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has been completely renovated and original bathrooms are still in excellent condition. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and remote control window coverings. There are three smart TVs - 2 with cable, a full size washer and dryer, high speed WiFi, a one car garage and private driveway to park two cars.

Enjoy our private courtyard patio and comfy outdoor dining area for a BBQ or dinner al fresco. There is even more outdoor space in our backyard screened in porch and deck overlooking the mangroves.

Modern and clean with access to Perico Bay Club amenities such as 2 heated pools, hot tub, kayak launch, clubhouse, exercise facility, social events, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails and more.

It is fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms including toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. For the beach, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags and more.

As pet lovers ourselves, we welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs as allowed by the HOA - 2 dog maximum up to 50 pounds combined weight.

Property located on Waterside Lane within the community with a mangroves view. Our HOA requires a minimum one month stay and a rental application to be completed ahead of time.

Carefree Comfort

This property is absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we entered we could tell the care and thought the owners have put into making this home an amazing destination while visiting the area. There was not one thing we needed while we were there, they legitimately thought of everything! Beds were comfy as was the rest of the house. We loved watching the sunrise and birds from the screened lanai overlooking the mangroves. We made good use of the grill and dining set in the front patio area. The local area provides much to do. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a short drive away and the hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to use. There are three nature preserves surrounding Perico Bay Club that offer trails for walking and biking. The house was very well stocked, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable in every respect. Your every single need has been anticipated by these gracious hosts and their attention to detail and amenities is stunning. We highly recommend this property!

We fell in love with Anna Maria Island and after many vacations there, we knew we had to find a place of our own and Perico Bay is the perfect location - so close Anna Maria Island! We are so lucky to have found this villa we purchased in March 2023 and look forward to sharing it with our guests.

What makes this property unique

Our lovely villa is light and airy with lots of outdoor space including a private outdoor dining patio with a BBQ, and a large screened porch and deck overlooking mangroves. It has 2 king master bedrooms and we keep it fully stocked with the essentials. The community is beautiful and quiet with lots of amenities.
