Just 2 blocks from farmers market and 4 blocks from downtown. Check out downtown great variety in food and shopping we spent an entire day just walking around. Really cute house loved our stay

Overall, good stay & nice updated property. Needed more washcloths for the amount of people it sleeps. Daybed does squeak.Baseboards could use a quick clean, but otherwise clean home.

The home is in an older neighborhood, the neighborhood is quiet. The location of the home isn't far from the downtown shops; walking distance. The host responds quickly I came across a few things during my stay in the home that could have been brought up to my attention but I'm giving the host the benifit of doubt that he isn't aware of repairs. The remodeling of the home is nice, updated and modern. The dishwasher was down, the refrigerator didn't dispense ice or water. Honestly I feel vrbo should refund or have the host refund a partial amount for unexpected rental conditions not made aware of.

This house is a few minutes from downtown McKinney. It looked to be recently renovated. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Location a plus!

Location worked perfect for our family's chapel at chestnut square wedding. We were within walking distance of the chapel, farmer's market on Saturday and the town square. Erik worked with us on checkin time which was awesome.

Decent place to stay

Check in process was easy. Everything in the house was updated and clean. The neighborhood is very old so it's not the best location, but we didn't feel unsafe. The farmer's market Saturday morning was fantastic. For the price per night, it was ok.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was about 20 minutes from my granddaughter, who had just had a new baby and we came down to help her. The property was just as the owner described it to be. It was close to the farmers market and downtown.

Perfect little house

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was also a short walk from the farmers market on Saturday. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower! The owner was very responsive. My only complaint was there wasn’t curtains in the master bedroom (only blinds) so the outside street light came through but that was small issue. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to McKinney!

Solar Eclipse in McKinney 2024

Comfortable, recently updated home and very responsive host. Having two bathrooms was a big plus (but watch out for that small step into one of them). Location very walkable to Finch Park and downtown McKinney. We really enjoyed our stay and first visit to McKinney (and the eclipse was amazing!) Thank you!

Girls weekend

Brought my daughter and daughter in law for a girls weekend. We loved the 3 bedrooms so we each had our own room. We were close to the square and if it hadn’t been freezing we would have walked. Owner answered our questions promptly. Inside of house nicely renovated and very comfy. It was a nice stay!
