Pros: Safe neighborhood. Restaurants close by. My granddaughter said bed in loft was very comfortable. Kitchen looked recently upgraded. Cons: Inaccuracies in description.Lots of potential. Needs TLC. Picture of front of unit shows about 6 steps. No mention of two full flights you have to climb before hand. I've had a stroke and this was very difficult for me. I would never have selected this unit if I had known. Description of unit includes garage. No where in the description does it include that garage is for long term renters only. Messaged owner to see if there was a specific place we should park (we were already in the garage as door remote was laying in plain site).Was told we needed to park on street because we were short term. Garage was one of the factors that drew us here but we couldn't use it. This may seem small to some but description includes a toaster so I brought English muffins. No toaster. Brought a frozen pizza. No bakeware. Dishes in dishwasher upon arrival were dirty. Mesh body scrubber hanging in bathroom obviously used with hair stuck to it. I threw it away. This could be a nice place with a little TLC.

Lovely Place! It exceeded our expectations

Our family loved the place. The host and management company were great and responded very quickly. Great security at the place, cars are secure and in a gated quiet community. We will stay here again for sure in the future! Overall excellent listing and at a very reasonable price point. We traveled as a family of 3 and had no problem with the accommodations.

My family did not have a good experience with this VRBO. I want to be fair to the property manager in this review and try to stick to facts without emotion. Bottom line: we booked the place for 2+ months, but had to leave after one week. It was advertised as having a queen bed and a double bed that could sleep four adults. We had three adults and one 17 year-old. The lack of adequate sleep arrangements was the primary reason we had to cancel our stay. The property manager was accommodating and agreed to refund the majority of what we paid. Unfortunately, VRBO withheld a huge portion of what we paid, even though the property was not as advertised. The owner has since changed the listing to reflect the actual number of beds. All-in-all, VRBO kept thousands of our money, plus full payment for the week we had to stay there because we couldn’t find something else right away. We had to purchase air mattresses, pillows, and linens for two of us to have someplace to sleep. VRBO does not honor their “book with confidence” guarantee. This was the first time we tried VRBO. We will probably never trust VRBO again. Ultimately, it cost us many thousands to stay in this VRBO for one week. Those are the facts as I see them. I have documentation for every assertion. VRBO forced me to edit this review to remove specific references to money.

Nice DC Condo

The parking spot in the garage is a really nice bonus! The place was good size for us and decently cleaned. Great location, easy to get to downtown.

Convenient and Clean

The condo was bright and clean. It was a little hard to find the unit in the dark when I arrived, but by the next morning I had my bearings. There were some condition issues with the furniture and interior, but nothing that negatively impacted my stay. The parking convenience and homey environment were unbeatable!
