Quiet Basement Apartment - Cool and Convenient

Come unwind in a newly renovated quiet, green, family friendly neighborhood basement apartment only minutes to everything DC has to offer. Close to 2 metro stations, parks, Downtown Silver Spring, and several main arteries to get you to all the exciting adventures in the city. Close to Rock Creek Park, which also allows a quick commute to the Tenleytown/Georgetown area. Walmart, Safeway, and several other grocery stores are within walking distance.

The space
A large studio basement apartment in NW DC. We offer all that you would need for your stay, whether it be a few days or long term. Full kitchen, private washer/dryer, large smart tv, high speed internet, pets welcome (please check about multiple pets before hand), and private designated parking with private entrance. Additional air mattress available upon request. For added safety and convenience, I offer contactless check-in procedures. You will be provided a door code prior to check-in to facilitate smooth check ins.

Nice, peaceful, diverse family oriented neighborhood.

Metro stations close by are Fort Totten and Takoma stations, both are a little over a mile away. There are tons of scooters and other app rentable transportation outside of the house to make getting to either much easier. Street parking is available for guests with no restrictions, and additional off street parking can be made available.

Guest access
Entrance is in the rear of the home. The entire basement is available to you, as well as the parking spot and the patio area just out front of the entrance.

Other things to note
Please place bagged trash only in bins out back. No loose garbage. Garbage and Recycling day is on Wednesday.

You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Ship at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages or items.

As per District of Columbia law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

I was surprised that there was no "guide" for the location. I expected some instructions for Wi-Fi, appliance functions, procedure for linens at checkout, etc. Also, the description mentions a hot tub--there wasn't one. Other than those items, the property was great!

Girl Trip

My daughter and I travel to a different state every year to see our favorite band, this year we chose Maryland but want to tour DC. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and we got a quick response for any questions we had. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Apartment Great Location

Good size comfortable sitting room/sleep area kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and well furnished. Communication with host was excellent. As a personal preference I found the number of ceiling lights to be a bit excessive.
