Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom house!
Set in a peaceful secluded place surrounded by breathtaking mountain and desert landscape with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, hiking trails and other things to do, our modern oasis offers all the supreme amenities for your entertaining and carefree stay including 50’ pool, and multiple areas with lots of options for entertainment and relaxation.
Enjoy the charm and warmth of this desert oasis, designed in a traditional style with a Palm Springs ambiance! The accommodation boasts vibrant and elegant colors, outstanding artistic design, an easy and open flow, and numerous panoramic windows that let in plenty of natural light. Spectacular desert scenery can be seen from every window in the house. Relax and embrace the beauty of this unique environment.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living area.
The master bedroom is very bright and relaxing, features an ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage, a comfortable Cal king-size bed, sliding windows that
lead to a private patio with picturesque views of the desert and mountains. The second artistic bedroom complete with a queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and wall-to-ceiling windows that open up to the backyard.

Living areas:
The living room offers cozy furnishings, authentic artwork, and plenty of space. The comfortable pullout couch provides extra sleeping space, and the armchairs are ideal for lounging. There's also a Smart TV, offering a great viewing experience and access to your favorite streaming services. With this inviting atmosphere, this living room is perfect to kick back and relax. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy fireplace with two comfortable loungers, providing an ideal place to have a meaningful conversation or curl up with a book. For added convenience, there are two additional working stations.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
If you enjoy cooking our kitchen is wonderfully stocked with modern including Wolf brand oven, a dishwasher, double fridge and more. Enjoy delicious meals in our indoor dining area or outside on the patio.
Bathrooms and laundry:
Our home comes with 2 full bathrooms: one with a rainfall shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer allowing you to do your laundry in the comfort of your own home.

Pool, terraces & other:
House offers plenty of relaxation areas indoors and in our fully fenced backyard. The covered terrace overlooking the pool is a special place to enjoy al fresco dining. It is with cozy furniture including chairs and large table to fit the whole group.
The other furnished patio is surrounded by greenery to create a relaxing atmosphere and there is a BBQ for you to prepare hearty meals.
Spend your time soaking in the 50' lap pool under the Californian sun, unwind in the comfortable pool front swing; or get competitive and keep everyone entertained at a full-size ping pong table in the backyard.

Our guests can enjoy all the comforts of home with Central AC & heating, high speed Wifi, towels, complimentary toiletries, laundry facilities, dedicated workstations, and other necessities which is great for long term stays. For extra peace of mind, the house is also secured with a Ring security system.

All areas of the house are accessible to guests, You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
