Spacious and private 3bd 3ba (en Suite) one story house w large yard. NO parties! Owner lives near. Easy parking. Your dream San Diego getaway Kitchen, living room and first Suite face south and have breathtaking ocean, downtown, park and mountain views. Other two Suite bedrooms face a spacious yard.

The house features a brand new AC unit, washer/dryer, bath tub with jets, private bathroom in each bedroom, large fire pit, outdoor couch, outdoor dining table, bbq grill, lots of parking in a large driveway.

Bedroom1: high end temperpeudic cloud king bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom2: queen bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom3: two twin trundle beds (sleeps 4).
Living room features a brand new leather sleeper couch with a comfortable queen bed (sleeps 2).

Located across the street from famous Kate Sessions park which is a very prestigious part of San Diego/La Jolla/Pacific Beach (PB) located near a nature preserve with hiking trails that overlooks the ocean and downtown of San Diego. Please be kind to the exotic birds and baby bunnies that come to visit the front yard.

The house is very family friendly. All children's items are located in the garage. There is a pack and play, kids toys, baby toys, children’s books, car seat, booster seat, and a high chair. Deep soak Tub for kids or adults with jets. Soak and relax after a long trip!

Kitchen features ample seating, gas stove, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, vitamix blender, high end knives, pots and pans, and is fully equipped to make meals as if you were at home for the entire family/ group if guests.

Two dogs under 50lbs allowed with a pet fee. Two kennels are provided in the garage (you can set them up inside and please kennel your pets when away from home) and a pet dish bowl. The backyard is giant featuring a large fire pit with a comfortable outdoor sofa, dining table, bbq grill. Front yard features seating to overlook the stunning ocean, city and mountain views. Very quiet. FREE parking: driveway 4-6 cars. FREE wifi. Apple TV. Please NO parties. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.

Great place to stay. Individual bathrooms was really nice. Clean, great view, close to everything it seems. Would definitely stay here again when in San Diego.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was super clean and was provided for our needs! They had plenty of games for adults and children. The beach is less than 10 minutes away, and the views from the place are beautiful! Definitely would stay again, my friend and I loved it!
