Dunes:803 Beautiful Condo, 2 BR, on the beach!

STR#: 227445 Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated fully furnished condo on the 8th floor with amazing views. Sit on the balcony in tall chairs to enjoy the view, the wind, the sounds, watch all sorts of ships and tankers coming and going through the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything needed for the gourmet meals you will be preparing. The living room has a 60" TV and very comfortable, queen size sofa-sleeper and recliners. The primary bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk-in shower. *Photos for the guest bedroom are updated, but not on the virtual tour.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Lazy Beach Days

This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 3. You can not beat the location, literally steps to the beach. The building is well maintained and staff were wonderful!

The condo was perfect. It was beautiful inside and the views were incredible. Our family did not want to leave.

The area was great. Right across from the beach. Booking was a pain. We didn’t know if we had a room or not because it was never confirmed. We tried contacting the host numerous times through calls and email with no response. We finally got through the night before and had them confirm. No check in instructions were ever sent and when we showed up at check in time the condo was not ready and we had to wait two hours in the lobby. Outside of that the location was great and the place was clean.

The room was clean and the staff and permanent residents were very welcoming and friendly. This is not a pet friendly location. Money well spent.

Great views. Great beach access. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Balcony was great for watching ships entering and leaving the channel. Only complaint was that the bed was too hard. But that of course is a personal preference. Some people like a firm mattress. Overall, a really good stay.
