Wonderful property
Amazing property and great location. Was plenty of room with traveling with teenagers. Wonderful walking distance to the village. I would definitely stay there again.
Such a great house-wonderful patio, very comfortable beds, a game room-and even a grand piano in the living room! It felt very private yet was so close to the town center.
I loved the cottage it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room, and I loved the play areas in the home for the kids. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The only thing is if you want to go swimming be sure to have a membership for Lake Arrowhead or take a drive to Lake Gregory. We had a great time!

Great Cottage!
It is in a great location you have everything you need in walking distance. Also it is perfect for a family getaway. Everyone gets their own room and it has little play areas for kids. The only thing is if you want to go swimming you will have to drive to lake Gregory unless you have a membership for lake arrowhead. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time. The house is perfectly located next door to Lake Arrowhead village..walking distance to everything. The house was very clean and accomodated our family perfectly. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds ever! We would definitely book again.

Great place to relax
We enjoyed our stay at your property. It is within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants. The rooms and common areas are excellent. The outdoor space is really peaceful for relaxing.
The cabin is situated directly across the street from the village and just minutes away on foot. It is conveniently located near all the places you may want to visit. Inside, the cabin retains its original charm while incorporating modern touches. There is plenty of space, and it is pet-friendly. The cabin is very easily accessible once you enter the town.
We loved this place! Getting to it was tricky as it's not noted that you need to turn right on holiday Rd behind the 7/11 and by the saddleback Inn The attention to detail for renters is great, we had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable sofas and beds. Loved the piano as we are a family of musicians! We felt at home, it was great! We will definitely come back!
Our stay at this charming house was truly wonderful! The unique vintage character of the home made it a cozy and inviting retreat. We especially loved the outdoor patio—it was the perfect spot to unwind, offering a sense of peaceful seclusion while still being just a short walk from the heart of the village. The host was exceptional, always communicative and providing helpful tips and information throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

A nice work getaway
We recently stayed at this charming cottage, and it exceeded all our expectations! I needed a spot to work but also to get away, and this place was perfect. Surrounded by trees, near the lake, and with stunning mountain views, it provided the ideal setting to rejuvenate.
Being in a secluded spot yet so close to the village gave us the best of both worlds. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning and evening walks to the lake, soaking in the beauty of Arrowhead. This cottage truly felt like a sanctuary wrapped in nature’s beauty. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!
The house is very cute, clean and in a very convenient location. Bed was extremely comfortable and the house provided everything needed. Issues were with overall upkeep. Many lightbulbs burnt out which made some areas completely dark. We purchased and replaced 4 lightbulbs but in 2 additional areas the wingnuts in the light shade were rusted and we couldn’t get them unscrewed so we couldn’t replace. Unfortunately the inside staircase was one of those areas so we had no light to go up and down. We did find new lightbulbs in the closet after we had already replaced them. Also, ice maker was broken so we had to purchase bags of ice. We ended up hanging sheets over a few windows in the master bedroom. There were sheer curtains on the windows and we were made aware of a full time renter above the garage where the bedroom and bathroom directly faced. We had fabulous weather but when we went out to enjoy the patios/decks they were filthy. Overall we had a wonderful time, just disappointed with some of the lack of attention to upkeep of the property.
