Warm inviting home. Large kitchen is ready for home cooking with: center island, full suite of appliances, & coffee maker. Cozy family/dining room has an expandable table so you can invite friends for dinner. Lower level has a 2nd family room w/ dedicated office space. Nice private backyard for hanging out with patio table. Detached garage for parking. 15 minutes to Wash U, 4 minutes to Grants Farm, & close to hospitals. Quiet area - no parties. Non smoking this includes pot!

Why they chose this property
We've owned this house for over 17 years. Picked it for the good schools and quiet location. It is close to Grant's Trail and not far from highways, which makes getting around STL easy. Yard has decent privacy if you are a business traveler and need to unwind.
What makes this property unique
We set-up this house with items we would and need if we were staying in the home ourselves. Bassett couch upstairs for comfy seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with even a crock pot and toaster oven. Extra bedding and blankets for chilly nights.
