Mountain Balcony View + Ski-in/Ski-out Condo

Don't miss out on this impeccably located slope-side unit! The balcony overlooks the Elkhorn chairlift, and has direct access to breathtaking hiking and biking trails, scenic views, and outdoor summer adventures. The unit is just a short walk or shuttle ride to Beaver Creek Village, where you can enjoy vibrant shops, dining, and entertainment.

Guests will check in and retrieve keys at Lower Borders front desk after 4:00 PM, but before 10:00 PM. You can park outside Lower Borders at the temporary parking while retrieving your keys. The parking garage is conveniently located underground at Upper Borders.

Moving kids.

We came to CO to pack and move our kids to TX. The place was close to theirs and it was very nice and relaxing. To hang out after packing their stuff.
