This home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area.
The bedroom features a stately king-size bed and 32” wall-mounted TV. The door leading to the private balcony includes salvaged stained glass that commemorates the home’s 19th-century origins.
The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second vanity just outside the bathroom provides additional room to refresh.
OUTDOOR AREA

Walk across the street to the Lightner Museum to discover Victorian-era artifacts or Flagler College to admire Spanish Renaissance architecture. Stroll 15 minutes along the Matanzas River to Castillo de San Marcos, a historic fortress dating back to the 17th century.
When you’re ready for some time by the surf, travel 2 miles to Anastasia State Park or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.

- Parking notes: you’ll find assigned parking for 1 car in the parking lot beside the building. Please only park in Spot 3. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You’ll also find a paid parking lot next door.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
