This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

A good-sized apartment in a quiet setting, yet close to historic town. It was peaceful overlooking the marsh to the west and also watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen was well supplied. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

awesome location

Our first time in St Augustine and this home was the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk downtown everyday and the history and architecture was so much more than we expected. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including two porches where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets. We will be back! P.S. Thank you so much for making the effort to get my hair dryer back to Charlotte!

Wonderful upstairs location with great views. Enjoyed the stay except for noisy neighbor downstairs who had loud TV from 9 pm til 230 am on two nights. Luckily they left a few days before us. Perfect other than that. Would stay again!

Marina sunsets is a unique property- Michael and Hyacinth have created an eclectic one of a kind experience for people looking for the perfect getaway. Views of the marsh and an easy trip to any of the attractions awaits in this Vrbo. My only hope is that it does not get so popular that I can’t utilize it again lol loved our stay!!!

Amazing home

What a wonderful place. Everything was just as advertised. Bedding was extremely comfortable and having access to both a front porch and a back porch was awesome. The owners responded quickly with any questions. The ambience with all of the artwork and detailed grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back and recommend this to all of our friends.

The property was quaint with lots of outdoor garden landscaping, a common area for all to enjoy the sunsets. The space was everything we hoped and more with art inspiration in each room. What we enjoyed most were the decks front and back while also soaking in the peace and quiet each day.

Anniversary trip.

Property was well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The view from the back porch is enjoyable. Drank coffee in the mornings while the Egrets lit on the marsh. Walking distance to downtown.will look at property again when I'm Augustine.
