Butterfly Crossing is in a lovely quiet spot. We experienced significant challenges with the heating sources which I hope will be fixed - and maybe they can confirm this in the listing. The main unit goes off and is difficult to get started (and my husband and I have traveled extensively and have familiarity with wood and propane and old systems.) The gas fireplace goes on and off erratically with little bangs. Night temps dropped to 29 degrees during our stay, and we woke both mornings to a very cold place. The inside of the cabin was VERY clean, but the layout was interesting. Note that there are no steps (but a ladder) to the sleeping loft, and that the single bathroom is accessible only through the one bedroom. This shouldn't be an issue for two people, or folks who don't need to use a bathroom in the middle of the night. We loved the location. Note that the address (we recieved) oriented us to the adjacent cabin on the property. Hosts were responsive, but there was seemingly little that could be done about the heat situation.
