The property is located on 8 private acres with a private fishing pond with a fountain. Relax near the fire pit and roast marshmallows.

Very clean cabin. Always #1 thing for me. Loved the pond. Caught a few fish and one very large snapping turtle. Saw a lot of deer. Hot tub was wonderful. Only negative, the living room furniture was not comfortable. Bring some extra cushioning.

WE LOVED THIS CABIN! This cabin felt so homey from the second we arrived! It’s equipped with everything you would need and the view from the porch is incredible. Caught fish everyday and loved the scenery and wildlife. Cabin was clean, gorgeous, and every room has a ceiling fan!! There is also a sick hot tub. Get this cabin because it’s not like the other cookie cutter one’s in a development, this is a secluded home that I had a hard time leaving because it’s so nice, scenic, and quiet. Driving to all the sites was a breeze. Loved this place and would love to return again.

Beautiful property! Area is just gorgeous. We even caught some fish in the fishing pond with the poles provided. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was very nice. The couches and chairs need pillows to be comfortable though. There is no washer and dryer which is inconvenient since it’s hard to dry towels after using the hot tub.

Quiet cabin in the woods

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. After hiking the hot tub was very enjoyable. The only criticism I have is the BBQ grill, which is a free standing charcoal grill that you find in the national parks.

The cabin had almost everything we needed. We brought our own outdoor table top propane grill. The grill provided there is charcoal and we weren't sure if we'd have time for that after hiking all day.There was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us to shower. The beds had foam toppers that slept ok. My son enjoyed the pond in his spare time. The internet speeds were great at the house and it was a perfect central location for hiking in either direction. Would definitely stay here again if we decided to come back to the area. We got all the hiking done we hoped for in our 4 day stay.

Cabin in the woods

Wonderful place. Love the pond and the bird feeders. The many birds are so fun to watch. Very relaxing atmosphere and spotless cabin. Highly recommend.

Girls get away

The cabin at hickory creek was everything you would expect a cabin to be. Secluded, woodsy, quaint and serene. The property was beautiful with the pond and the bird feeders by the front porch were a great addition. A hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. The cabin had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any inquiries. The location of the cabin was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely return in the future. Thanks for providing us a great stay in hocking hills

The cabin was great. It was very clean and organized. The hot tub was large and right next to the door. The view on the deck was awesome overlooking the pond. Very secluded area and great bird watching!We didnt need to contact the host because the directions were perfect. Would stay again 100%!

Most amazing relaxing getaway

This was the greatest place I have ever had the pleasure to stay at with my husband. It was so relaxing and comfy. The place was so clean and private. The owners put a lot of attention to detail including making sure the bird feeders were full so we could sit out in the hot tub or deck and watch all the wildlife.

Adorable, secluded, clean and well-maintained cabin. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Beds were comfy. Grandkids had a great time, and were complaining that they didn't want to go home! Kitchen and living room area could use more light--kind of a strain for my "old lady" eyes.
