You’ll love the open-concept layout featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen with bar seating, and a bright, enclosed sunroom wrapped in windows - perfect for enjoying the soothing sounds of the Coosawattee River year-round. The main level offers a king bedroom and a full bathroom, while upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom, a twin convertible sleeper sofa, and an additional full bath.

The true highlight of this property is the incredible outdoor living space. Multiple decks overlook the river, including two river-facing decks, one complete with a hot tub, offering endless spots to relax and take in the views. Tucked away on a private road shared by only a handful of homes, the setting is peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by nature. Expect frequent visits from deer and geese, and enjoy tubing or kayaking on the river during the warmer months. If you’re craving a tranquil nature retreat, this is it!

You will be given Gate Access instructions and the Cabin code at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please add any guests that need gate access into your reservation details. You will get a reservation code prior to your arrival and need to show ID to enter the gate. Guests have access to the entire cabin except for the owner's closet.

If you are visiting during the winter months and the forecast calls for snow/ice, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is suggested in order to make travel throughout the resort and to the cabin easier.

We do require a booking agreement to be signed once the reservation is confirmed. This agreement includes:
- Check-In Time 4:00pm and Check-out Time at 11:00am
- Bagging all trash
- Non-smoking property
- Parties not allowed
- No illegal substances
- No pets
- Booking must be made by guest staying at the property
- No Firearms or Fireworks can be discharged at the property
- Noise ordinance and quiet hours between 10pm - 8am
- No moving of furniture inside or outside the property
- Report any issues with cleanliness in time to address the issue
- Report any damages or emergencies to host as soon as possible and no less than 24 hours.

AMENITIES: Your reservation includes access to the Coosawatee River Resort amenities. There are two white cards in lanyards inside the white welcome folder of the cabin. Each card allows for up to 4 guests and gives you access to:

- A Rec center, approximately 15 minutes away inside the resort, with an enclosed, heated Junior Olympic-sized pool open year round and heated kiddie pool.
- A Fitness Center and Game Room are located inside the Rec Center. The Fitness Center has treadmills, weight machines, free weights, rowing machines, and exercise bikes. The Game Room is a coin-operated arcade with games, pool tables, and an air hockey machine.
- The Rec Center also has other outside attractions, which include tennis, basketball, pickleball courts, and an 18-hole miniature golf course. You can get equipment from the front desk at the Rec Center.
- Access to Riverside Pool, an outdoor pool approximately 10 minutes away from the cabin inside the resort.
