Massanutten Gameroom Retreat - Now with Home Gym!

This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located right in the heart of the Massanutten Resort. The Massanutten Resort is a four season resort for those that love to ski, swim, bike, golf, enjoy nature, and more.

This beautiful home features all new furnishings, a spacious layout, two patios (one large wrap around and an enclosed lower patio), a game room with a POOL TABLE, indoor basketball, Ms. Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and ping pong table. NEW in 2025 - home gym with brand new equipment including a treadmill, free weights, bench, and TV with iFit!

AMENITIES at the MASSANUTTEN RESORT:

During the winter, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and tubing at the ski resort. Want to swim, but it's too cold outside? Go visit the Massanutten Indoor Waterpark just down the street. The indoor waterpark offers cool weather water fun with water slides, lazy river, and arcade room.

The spring is an excellent time to come visit as well. Guests often come to visit the Waterpark or go hiking or mountain biking at the Massanutten Resort Western Slope. The Shenandoah National Park is also a guest favorite with waterfalls and beautiful overlooks and is only 20 minutes from the home.

During the summer months, you can enjoy the beautiful golf course, mini golf, tennis, bumper cars, ziplining, go carts, gem mining, tubing, and use of the Owner's pool. The Owner's pool is a nice size pool available only to owners and guests. Not every home provides this, but we have purchased the pass to allow our guests to use this pool. It is a $6 per adult (kids 5 and under free) per day fee. It has plenty lounge seating, a diving board, and snack bar.

The fall is a gorgeous time to visit. The trees come alive with color and sitting on the patio is a magical experience. Guests come from all over for hiking and biking in the area and then to wind down and grill on the back patio in the evening.

There are multiple restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, cooking demonstrations, paint classes, and more. The home is also fairly close to multiple wineries and breweries!

Great house and location was pretty perfect. The outside deck was the best spot for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The game room in the basement was a big hit for both kids and adults. Plenty of space and lots of amenities. Would definitely rebook for future visit.

This rental was very clean and spacious for our group of 10. The game room was great for everyone! The hosts provided a generous amount of coffee which was an unexpected treat! They made checking in and out very easy. Overall, the house and hosts were great!

Wonderful stay

The house was great - loved the open layout of the main floor, and the game room is outstanding. Renee was extremely responsive, getting a problem with one of the beds fixed the same day, and was even willing to look for and send us a couple of items we left behind. The resort has a lot of great options, and there are some other places to visit/hike nearby as well. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Hello! Thank you for staying at Massanutten Gameroom Retreat. My husband, Tracy, and I will be your host. We live about 15 minutes away from the home and are available to help should you need anything. We love this home and know that you will too. We are college sweethearts, together for over 20 years, and have three sons. We have lived in the area for 3 years (originally from Florida and Missouri) and love it here.

What makes this property unique

This home is such a great home away from home! It has an open floor plan, which is wonderful for spending time with family and friends. It has been tastefully remodeled and decorated with brand new furniture. The outdoor patio on the main floor provides a fun dining out experience. The lounge seating is designed for 6-8 guests and there is a shaded dining room set for 6 guests. A brand new grill is calling your name! The lower level has an amazing game room with a pool table, foosball table, Pop a Shot basketball, video games, board games, cards, chess, Ms. Pac Man arcade. Want a little fresh air? Open the door to the enclosed lower deck patio with ping pong! What more could you want for a great vacation?!
