Perfectly located near Shenandoah National Park and Luray, it’s the ultimate base for hiking, exploring, and making lifelong memories. This is mountain living at its best!

Upon arriving at our property, you'll find parking for 3–4 vehicles at the top of the driveway, with space for 2–3 more at a flat pull-off midway up. A keypad with a unique code makes check-in easy — no keys needed!

Entering through the front door, you’ll step into a professionally designed space where adventure and relaxation meet, with unforgettable mountain views as your backdrop.

DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM:

Immediately upon entering, you’ll discover the ultimate hangout space. Our downstairs game room features a pool table, two arcade machines, a poker and card set, and a massive 70” Roku-equipped Smart TV — perfect for catching a big game or family movie night. A beer fridge is stocked and ready for your favorite beverages, and there’s comfortable seating for 8+ guests.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

Just off the game room, you’ll find two beautifully decorated king bedrooms and a custom-built bunkroom featuring two Twin XL beds over a King — perfect for kids or families.
There are two full bathrooms on this level: one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo for convenience.

UPSTAIRS MAIN LIVING SPACE:

Upstairs, a stunning wall of windows frames sweeping valley and mountain views.
The living room invites you to relax with a spacious sectional, additional seating, and another Roku Smart TV.
The adjacent dining space features a massive table with seating for 14+ — perfect for gathering for meals with a view!
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for big family dinners, with additional bartop seating for five. A coffee bar with drip and Keurig machines (starter coffee, cream, and sugar provided) ensures a great start to every morning.

Two full bathrooms are located on this level, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo.

Upper Deck:
Enjoy mountain views from the expansive upper deck featuring an outdoor dining table, gas grill (propane provided), two outdoor sofas with a propane fire table, and a giant Connect 4 game.

Hot Tub & Firepit:
Below the deck, a 6-person hot tub with string lights invites you to relax while taking in the views.
Concrete steps lead to an intimate firepit area with string lights and seating for eight. (Please bring your own firewood.)

Pickleball Court:
A short walk from the house brings you to our private pickleball court overlooking the valley — paddles and balls are provided!

EXTRA FUN ON THE RIVER:

At the base of the mountain, prior to entering the road up to the cabin, guests have access to a private community recreation area along the Shenandoah River — perfect for swimming, wading, fishing, or simply picnicking by the water!

Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, pickleball court, and river recreation area. In the home is one small, locked owners closet.

Entry is via keypad on the front door. A unique code will be provided in your check in email.

✧ Mountain Road Access: Access to the property is via a hard-packed dirt mountain road. AWD or 4WD is recommended for your comfort, although rear-wheel drive vehicles can and do make it up just fine. Please drive 15 MPH or less to help preserve the road and avoid creating ruts or potholes.

✧ Steep Driveway: Our driveway has some steep sections. AWD or 4WD is highly recommended. Rear-wheel drive vehicles can make it with a little speed, but please use caution.

✧ Nature: You are truly in the mountains, surrounded by nature! While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or critters are possible.

✧ Stairs to House: From the parking area at the top of the driveway, guests will need to walk up a set of approximately 15 steps to reach the front door.

✧ Pickleball Court: Our pickleball court is regulation size, but there is limited space outside the lines. Please use care when playing and enjoy at your own risk.
