Enjoy being a five minute drive to the Village Shopping Center, offering a variety of restaurant and nightlife options. In the Winter months, Snow Summit Ski Resort offers some of the best slopes in Southern California and is only 10 minutes from the home. During the Summer, take a 5 minute drive to Ski Beach Park where incredible lake views and fun park activities can be found.

As you enter into the main living space, the open floor concept provides a spacious environment for gathering together with family and friends. Relax on the L-shaped sectional couch as you watch your favorite movie or tv show on the mounted flatscreen tv.  Around the corner, the full size kitchen has everything you need for a delicious home cooked meal. Enjoy your cup of coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining room table provides additional seating for six guests. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the back patio. Take in the incredible views of surrounding pine trees while you enjoy some barbecued steaks from the propane grill.

Back inside, settle down for the night in two bedrooms perfectly designed with your rest and relaxation in mind. The first bedroom provides two twin beds and a large open window for viewing the surrounding scenery. The second bedroom is the master, providing a comfortable queen size bed, attached bathroom and stove fireplace. A separate seating room attached to the master also provides a futon couch and desk for a quiet workspace. The private deck gives you plenty of space for lounging on the patio furniture as you enjoy the starry night sky.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. 

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. 

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
