About this property

Memories are to be made in this beautiful canal home is Sea Isle. This home has 4 total bedrooms with one of them having an extra space for 2 additional people. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, second story has the primary bedroom with ensuite and a bedroom with an extra nook. Updated kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal with friends and family.

Enjoy a relaxing time downstairs, the area around canal is completely gated. Bring your boat(boat slip not currently included) or fish right from the canal. Crab traps are also available for you to use during your stay.

Within the community is a private boat launch, a community swimming pool and a private fishing pier. Additional Sea Isle amenities include a bait shop, tennis and basketball courts and the famous Sand Bar for food and drinks. Please note that a separate fee is required to access the community swimming pool. Sea Isle pool charges $100 for up to 10 people for 7 days, it must be reserved in advanced.

Spring Break

Clean and nice . Great having the fence and gate to access the dock with little ones it was great. The games provided were used . Plenty of space inside and out . Liked that each room has its on bathroom and a half bath off living room. Bathroom downstairs was very convenient. The golf cart is really nice could check out sea isle and convenient for beach trips.

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we could possibly need. We really loved the paddle boards. And, the management company was great to deal with…they’re very responsive! We also recommend renting golf carts through Gulf Coast Concierge!
