A burst of cheerful color alongside the canal in Crystal Beach, this sunny, two-story home will place you two short blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. This is a place to spend your days swimming, surfing, collecting seashells, and lounging in the sunshine on front and rear decks.

This elevated home boasts a prime location near the center of Crystal Beach, just about 500 feet from a beach access point. Three blocks in the other direction bring you to Texas State Highway 87, which is lined with casual eateries, shops, and all sorts of conveniences. The Bolivar Ferry, which connects to Galveston, is only 12 miles down the coast.

Both the sunrise and sunset are yours to enjoy here, thanks to generous outdoor spaces on two sides of the house. Bring your morning coffee out to the front porch and cap each evening on the back deck with a glass of wine and a view of the canal below. There's also a spacious, shaded patio under the house - the perfect break from the beach with a porch swing and a picnic table for family lunches.

The living space is open and breezy, greeting you back from the beach each day with air conditioning, an open layout, and a washer/dryer for your swimsuits. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bright dining space, and a living room with a smart TV. There are two serene bedrooms on the main floor, one with an en suite bathroom and both with smart TVs and deck access. A third bedroom on the second floor is the perfect hideaway for kids.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
