A wonderful Villa in the charming gated community of Blount Springs.30 mins. North of Birmingham.Once the vacation haven for the wealthy of the South in the 1800’s-1930. Caving, creeks, hiking surround you. A beautiful house, we named her, Herb O’ Grace, a house of God. Here Friends are welcome, all others secure. Home to a writer/artist and International Business Consultant. Former Professor at The University of Alabama. Stay here and Uber the hour to Tuscaloosa.
A large Green space with a real stage! Invite your Friends to party. No more than 25 please. The upstairs has a very large open room, a hangout, 5 camping cots available for children. Or great pallets on the floor. Quilts, lamps, crickets, a bull frog in the Koi pond will lullaby you away. All Premium beds, and sheets are hand ironed. Truth. Come stay and you can call this place your home away from home.

Available long term for $3500 per month. To complete all of this, a river, creeks, waterfalls, fishing lake. Birdwatching is awesome! Tennis, trails so much to do, or do nothing as you sit on one of two porches and listen to the wind and the birds. Sauna in pool area. Your children can experience magic.
