This gorgeous upper unit has been completely remodeled with brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, granite countertops, and new appliances. With bright decor and cozy furniture, it's the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Wichita. It's just minutes from the airport and within 20 minutes of just about anywhere in Wichita.

Above Par is located in a very convenient area close to many shops and restaurants. It's just minutes from the airport. The area has many apartment buildings.

Guests have access to the whole unit and back patio.

With a Smart Lock you can check into this upper level remodeled apartment with ease. The front door opens into the open living and dining room space. Sit and relax on the comfy sectional sofa or leather chair. Kick back and watch any of our available streaming services (Hulu+, ESPN+, Netflix, HBO Max, Fubo TV, and Peacock) on our 55" Smart TV.

Needing to work? Set up your workspace in the desk nook. Prep and eat in the beautiful kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, gray cabinets, and new appliances. With cookware, pots and pans, dinnerware, a blender, mixer, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, and a microwave, you can prepare just about anything. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee (iced or hot) with our Keurig Coffee Maker.

The patio, located just off the dining room,

Just through the hall, you'll find the convenient laundry room with new washer and dryer, stocked with tide pods, dryer sheets, stain remover, etc.

The bathroom boasts a tub/ shower combo with rain fall shower head. Extra towels are located in the stocked linen closet.

The back bedroom boasts a cozy king size bed, large closet, and dresser with 50" Smart TV. The front bedroom has a cozy queen bed, with 43"
Smart TV.

This unit is very convenient to Kellogg Avenue (US 54/400) and I-235. It's very close to many shops and restaurants and to Dwight D. Eeisenhower Airport.

Felt right at home. Apartment was super clean, bed was comfortable, tvs in all rooms, stocked with items for cooking in the kitchen. Its location is around all different types of restaurants within 5 mins of a drive. Small mishap that was out of control for property owners, but they handled it asap. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!
