Our Family-Friendly farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 1 baths is an excellent choice for a quiet place with quick access to metro Atlanta's attractions! Perfect property to accommodate up to 7 guest comfortably. Located 18 mins from the Hartsfield Jackson and 22 mins from the International Terminal! We are 13 mins from Six Flags over Georgia, 27 mins from downtown Atlanta, State Farm Arena, Atlanta Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and 24 mins from the Atlanta Braves stadium!

Nice and Clean

The bathroom is nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the owner goes above-and-beyond. He even brought us farm fresh eggs! It’s in a nice location with quite a few eateries nearby, and it isn’t too far from the city. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Incredible

I cannot say enough about this property. The house is impeccably well kept. The thoughtfulness that was put into designing the space is meticulous. The chargers in all the rooms, the toiletries in the bathroom, the amount and quality of the kitchenware were all perfect. Not one thing was overlooked. The host, Li, was so accommodating. I’ve never had a stay as nice as this. You would seriously be missing out if you don’t stay here. I highly recommend Chestnut House for anyone, especially families, visiting the Atlanta area.

What a gem!

Two adults, and 5 kids age 8 and under stayed for 3 days here. The owner was very responsive when booking. When we got to the property, we were just blown away by the thoughtfulness that went into it! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a pleasant aroma of air fresheners, and we were struck by how clean the whole house was. Each room had exactly what you would need for a good stay. The living room was comfortable and stylish, with plenty of lighting, pillows, blankets, and extras - like chargers everywhere, a coffee table with games, and a convenient place to stash shoes and coats. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and even a (much-loved by my kids) snack basket with little treats and a bowl of fruit. The bedrooms were clean and pleasant, with plenty of chargers, and extra pillows/blankets in the closets. The bathroom was spic and span, and the organization was divine. The closet had clearly-labeled towels, rags, amenities, etc. Traveling with an infant, I especially loved that the owner provided a pak-n-play and baby tub, and offered the use of a high-chair if needed. We were so busy during our stay, we didn’t get to enjoy the nice little outdoor area they had, with a comfy fire pit and large dining table and chairs. To sum up, we had an absolutely wonderful time at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys a clean, comfortable, and stylish vacation rental, especially if you are traveling with kids.
