Entire unit in multi-unit home. Private space with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The laundry room has a separate entrance and shared with other guests. Private entrance and driveway parking.

Other things to note:
This is a multi-unit home. There is a locked door separating the 2 units, this is a keyed lock with no access by either guest.

Pet Fee: $50 per pet. If an unapproved pet is found, a $100 pet fine will be charged.
Early Check-in (2:00 p.m. earliest): $25 - must be pre-approved.
Late Check-out (12:00 p.m. latest): $25 - must be pre-approved.
Unapproved late check out past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fine.
Absolutely NO parties or guests besides those on the reservation - violation fine of $250.
Non-smoking home. Smoking Violation $250.
Excessive cleaning fee of $150.
