Not as clean as our stay 2 years ago. We contacted the owner and can understand and appreciate the problems we noticed. Other than the cleaning issue the stay was excellent and we would use this rental again.
I very much enjoyed my stay, the owners were very accommodating and communicated well and in a timely matter. The house was clean and in very good condition. I was surprised about how privet the house was but still convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would be interested in staying here again.
Perfect location for access to Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park. Easy to get to (4 wheel drive not necessary), and a lovely setting (beautiful trees).
The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our vacation. We even ended up leaving a personal item and the owners were extremely accommodating and sent it back within 2 days. Highly recommend!
Excellent stay! Would certainly stay again. Incredibly clean and location was amazing with having kids with us. No long drives into town but still has that mountain feel.
This is a lovely cabin with a convenient location. What a relaxing extend weekend playing pool, watching movies, and enjoying the hot tub after fun days exploring the area. Everything was neat and clean. Having a bedroom suite on both floors worked really well for 2 couples. We would book this cabin again!
We had a great weekend trip and your cabin was conveniently located near the LeConte Center for our conference. Communication with the owner was fantastic and speedy and all of our needs were addressed quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
The cabin was amazing. We have never stayed in one before and it was ao much cheaper than 2 hotel rooms! We are already talking about when we can come back and seeing if this cabin is avaliable again
We loved the property. We liked the seclusion of the property, having woods hiding the nearby houses while out on the porches, whether in the hot tub on the lower or sitting at the table in the upper. A very nice quiet location overall. We had no issues or complaints about the property during our week stay.
We love a quick power trip on a weekend. Staying here we are very close to what we enjoy doing while in Pigeon Forge. A Bear Family Cabin has room for our 2 adult children to have their own beds and space. The weather was perfect for sitting on the balcony, watching the local squirrel bury a nut.The cabin is warm and welcoming, clean and nice to go into after a long drive, and a long day out playing.
It was a very nice cabin in a good location. There were a few problems that I am not sure the owners even know about. There was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. It dripped all night. There was a lot of trash in the area in front of the cabin. Probably a bear got into some trash and they were not aware. A thing that concerned me was in the upstairs bathroom-the floor sagged and I feel like the owners may not even be aware. They were so nice and helpful. We had scheduled to go in early February, but my sister had to have foot surgery that was much more extensive than originally thought. Doris allowed us to switch to the end of February which we loved. The wifi was great. The rooms were very large and could hold a good many people. The hot tub was wonderful. All in all, it was a great trip. You will enjoy it. I would definitely rent again.
