Step into paradise at this 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath house, located near the beach, featuring 2 private balconies with spectacular views. Inside the luxurious home, you'll find charming living spaces with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a double oven, and granite countertops. The outdoors includes a private pool, a grill, and an outdoor shower to rinse after returning from the beach. For added convenience, a golf cart is included, and a beach gear credit. Come experience all Dorado Dunes #J and Port Aransas have to offer!

Things to know:

WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Golf cart included – subject to a $10 fuel charge, Short-term term stays only

Private Heated pool ($50/day to heat, must be heated during your entire stay) Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.

Beautiful House Close to the Beach!

Absolutely loved it. House was tastefully decorated with high end appliances and finishes. The provided golf cart and beach gear were perfect to take to the beach every day!

Beach Time

Brand new, super clean with kid friendly furnishing. Really easy beach access with the included 3 row golf cart. BBQ pit and a nice heated community pool. Beach is cleaned daily and is great for swimming or an evening campfire, so bring your firewood! Wish we could have stayed longer.

End of Summer Trip

Place was great. AC worked perfectly. It would have been hard to sleep six comfortably as mentioned in the description. The loft was somewhat lightly described. Pool was nice and cool. Golf cart was a huge plus.

Exactly as described!

Stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway with the family. It is brand new and everything is immaculate. Very high-end finish-out and amenities. Comfortable & convenient. The hosts were very responsive to all requests and made the check-in/check-out process incredibly easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Convenient home with wear and tear and fire alarm issues

Overall we had a wonderful time in Cinnamon Shore however there were significant issues with the house’s fire alarms. The house’s fire alarms went off in the middle of the night (multiple nights of our 5 night stay) and continued to go off day and night despite multiple attempts by maintenance to fix them. It was very jarring to wake up at 4am with all the alarms going off and scaring all 3 of my kids. There was no fire and the alarms continued to go off sporadically throughout the 5 days/nights we were there at various times and no way to turn them off and no way of knowing when it would start again. It was AWFUL. I appreciate the attempts by maintenance to fix the alarms however a solution was never found. Our stay was definitely dampened by this as I was weary of the safety of the house and stressed of the unknown of when the alarms would start/stop again. Other small things to be aware of - all of the vent fans leak in the bathrooms, there are ants in the two bathrooms on the second floor and top floor. There are door handles and faucet’s broken/with wear. Maintenance told us the house is only 4 months old (as of July 2023), so I was definitely shocked that the house was already in rough shape. I emailed the owner at the end of my stay about my concerns regarding the fire alarms and did not receive a response.

Very clean, great location. The tub did not drain well and we all had to use the other shower and the towels could have been softer.. The outdoor shower was great to wash off all the sand after enjoying the beach.
