Built in 1933, "Central Charm" incorporates charm and craftmanship with updated amenities that will make your shore stay one of a kind. Our 1st floor home has a spacious layout which is large enough to accommodate 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The updated kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessities for a home cooked meal, along with a dining area large enough to accommodate a group dinner or game night.

You will love relaxing on our huge front porch, with rockers, a swing and the sea breeze inviting you and a cold drink (we have an outdoor mini fridge!). Our porch is gated and best of all is that you can hear the ocean at night when the wind is right 🌊.

Park your car in our off-street parking spot and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer by biking or walking. Our property is also close to the famous shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. While a coffee maker is provided, Starbucks is right around the corner along with Bungalow Bowls, Sunrise Cafe and many other great spots. We have 2 adult beach cruiser bikes you’re welcome to use to get around town. We provide linens, games, 8 beach tags, 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and an umbrella, so check in and head right to the beach!
