The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 970 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Great location and very clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Very responsive host communication. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work well and we had some issues with heat on the 3rd floor.

I read the reviews and you have to be willing to climb stairs for the bathroom along with master and upper patio. An umbrella would have been nice on the top deck as it was a very warm during our visit. There is a soap kitchen just a block down the street, so we had homeless staying outside the front door.

This place was perfect. Fantastic location, could walk anywhere, quiet neighborhood and the townhome met and exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely stay here again. Very easy to get into and out of for our elderly dog, too.

10/10 would recommend staying at this property. Property was extremely clean, host company was prompt at responding and easy to get ahold of. A/C was stellar, and most appreciated on hot summer days. The location is perfect, right near all the action, but still secluded and private.

Stayed here for a brief business trip to Seattle. Clean place, easy to find, very attentive hosts. Also had local recommendations for food/coffee that helped me find a good local expresso.

The townhouse was lovely and true to the photos. It was clean and very nice. However, parking was a bit of a bear. Also the sleep number beds were an interesting surprise and nice once we figured out how to change the settings.

It was perfect for 5 adults. The property manager responded to texts promptly to answer questions about check in and restarting the home’s breaker for the kitchen outlets. The house was very new and clean. The property is within walking distance of the Link, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. It’s located in a very nice and safe area too! We’re looking forward to coming back!

Property was just as pictured, very clean, secure, and host was available and easy to contact. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as bathrooms which was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars for location is various homeless people near proximity to property. I know the owner and property have 0 control over this, and this is a problem throughout most of Seattle, however just wanted to point out in case property owner needs to be made aware.

The only reason I'm not giving a 3-star review is because the things I'm complaining about could not be fixed during our stay, but I would not stay here again or recommend it unless these things are addressed. 1) there is no couch in living room. It is a day bed, with a metal frame and loose pillows. So, when you try to relax, your head is hitting metal unless you have configured the pillows just right, and there are no arms. And you're sitting on a mattress. It would be so simple to put in a small sectional that would provide much better seating. 2) The only tv is on the first floor with the uncomfortable day bed. There is a bedroom on the 2d floor - no tv - and a bedroom on 3rd floor - no tv. So no watching the news in the morning or lounging while on vacation. Never thought of this as a potential issue when renting a place because it was a first for us. 3) not a single drawer in either bedroom. There is a small desk in the corner of both rooms. Would be so easy to switch those out with a small chest of drawers. So you can't unpack anything from your suitcases or move in it all. You are living out of your suitcase that you have to pull out of the small closet everytime you want something. 4) The WORST - the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The have some sort of air pump(?) that is supposed to adjust "firmness". Definitely didn't work. Our backs hurt so we dragged the day bed mattresses up 3 floors.
Kitchen was very well stocked. Great neighborhood.
