Comfortable Cambridge home with deck in walkable family neighborhood

Our 3-bedroom home is filled with light and books, and we have a large, pleasant deck for eating and sitting outside with both sun and shade right off the living room. I.5 bathrooms, living room, piano, study with a comfortable coach and yoga mats. We're right next to our favorite playground. There's easy on-street parking, but it's also a very walkable neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, parks and transit, and two blocks from one of the best bike paths in America. Our location offers convenient access to northbound and westbound highways for easy trips to the North Shore, Walden Pond, etc. Easy access to downtown Boston and much more.
