This house is in a fantastic location and had all of the amenities that we needed and then some. It was very clean and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!
Had a wonderful stay. We had the perfect host! Paul was kind and very responsive. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything to make our stay feel like home Highly recommend!
Had to scramble with the closures to the lodges in Grand Canyon and couldn’t have been happier with the choice to stay here in Williams. The property is exactly as advertised and accessible to downtown Williams which was quite fun. And the drive to and from Grand Canyon wasn’t too bad. We were a group of three adults and this was super comfortable for all of us.
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen very well appointed appreciated the laundry area.Sofas comfortable. Appreciated only 1 tv and it is located in living room.Would stay here again.
Communication with the host was excellent from the time we booked, to our check out day. The property was clean, in great condition, and excellently located. Each room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the laundry room is set up with front loading washer and dryer. I highly recommend the stay and look forward to staying again.
Cute house in Williams. Just an hour from the Grand canyon. Big common area with two sitting areas and nice furniture. Close to downtown Williams that has a vibrant Main Street with restaurants and shops.
This property was excellent, it matched the listing and was very well equipped and clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your vacation
Paul was a great host, very responsive to our questions. The house is awesome, so roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms are very large and closets too. The house is close to town and the grocery store. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the house.
Great place overall. Clean and comfortable. The extra bedrooms tended to be a bit warm because the AC units didn't cool in there, and the patio furniture was a bit sparse. But was a great place to stay and explore all that Williams had to offer.
The size of the house was perfect for our family and we loved how close everything was to Route 66 and it a close drive to the Grand Canyon and the Meteor Crater. It was close enough to Route 66 that we even walked to and from at times. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and had just about everything we needed. The only small critiques we had is that we would have liked to have a hair dryer in each bathroom instead of just one and would have liked to be able to turn the lights on in the bedrooms with a light switch without having to walk in a dark room to turn on the lamps. This did not in any way diminish our experience! My parents, who were nervous about not reserving a hotel loved the house and were impressed and glad that this is where we chose to stay!
This was a great choice for 3 nights to not be too far from the Grand Canyon. The house itself was lovely and well-appointed. And as a plus, it was a short walk to downtown Williams. Would definitely rent again.
Beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable home. We were expecting central A/C . The cooling air units were not enough for the high heat we experienced during our visit. If the weather was more normal for the area, everything would have been perfect.
We had a very enjoyable stay in Williams with visits to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff. Property is close to downtown Williams and it’s walkable to just about anything you need. Plenty of space to stretch out after a long day of sightseeing or hiking.
The house is pleasant and clean. Paul was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We traveled with three children, and I will say bring toys and lots for them to do. Overall, a great price for the area and there is a great trail nearby to walk on or hike. Close to everything in town also. Could walk downtown if you wanted to.
