Luxury living by the river in Durango! This 1 bed, 1 bath, open concept loft style condo is perfect for an individual or a couple and is located in the Rivergate Lofts complex in-town Durango. The unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped as an executive rental with a 30 day minimum stay required (inquire for exceptions). Bring your clothes, personal electronics, your bikes, skis, fishing poles, kayaks and enjoy the Durango lifestyle. The unit is spacious with 1,100 Sqft. of living space. The unit boasts a chefs kitchen, luxury king size bed from Santa Barbara Mattress company, excellent office space, dining room and breakfast area. The living room has a super comfortable couch and a new 55” smart TV with soundbar. A bonus loft space with low ceiling height is perfect for sitting and relaxing, web surfing or reading. The covered front porch has table, chairs and gas BBQ. The well appointed bathroom has a deep tub for soaking. Laundry closet in unit has washer and dryer for guests to use. The loft has a secure and individual sports equipment storage unit downstairs. A single parking spot in the heated garage below is designated for the unit and there are numerous and available, free public parking spots in front of the condos. The loft is located right on the river with a foot bridge leading to the bike path. The complex has its own park and designated gold medal fly fishing is out the back door. Located right in town, you can walk or ride to historic Main St. in a few minutes or walk across the foot bridge to Durangos best grocery store (Natures Oasis) without crossing a single street. The Durango Mountain Park bike trails form a perfect horseshoe loop directly off the front porch. The Rivergate complex is for mature professionals and this rental unit does not accommodate for pets or children. Medical professionals will especially love the location as it is a 1 minute walk to the Animas Surgical Hospital complex and a five min drive to Mercy Medical Center.

Durango summer

We had an amazing one month stay in Durango. The newly updated condo had everything we needed including a new gas grill. Location was excellent, just a short drive to downtown and easy access to Purgatory ski area and other must-see destinations. Ned was very responsive to our questions and offered tips on activities and where to eat. It was an excellent stay.

Great rental

The description on vrbo was exactly what the condo is!! No surprises. The location is very convenient, easy in and out of the parking areas and right on the River Trail.

Rivergate Apartment

Our stay at the Rivergate apartment was excellent. We loved how close it is to the river and thus the river trail. It’s a short 5-10 minute bike ride to Santa Rita Park, 5 or less to Serious Texas BBQ and Nature’s Oasis, as well as many other spots. Those are the 3 that we biked to during our stay. The apartment itself is nice, new, and full of your everyday essentials. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!
