As part of the Ocean Village association, you'll have access to a range of amenities, with the beach entry point conveniently located on the property. The amenities within the community were very good. I gave three stars because there were so many ways that the unit needs improvements. Old cabinets with wonky drawers and doors, noisy old appliances and uncomfortable furniture and beds. (Except for the lounge chairs)
