Love Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club!

We’ve been to the Beach Club several times but first time renting from Ken. Transaction and communication went very smoothly! Rented a mountain view but surprisingly got a harbor view which was fantastic! Will be coming back again for sure!!

Beautiful

This property was absolutely beautiful! The beach and lagoon were stunning. We used the walking paths every morning and enjoyed the other lagoons nearby. Pools were nice, but one was under construction while we were there. Restaurants and shop on the property were excellent and staff was amazing. Villa was fine, but lets face it, who comes to Hawaii for the hotel room :).. parking space included which was awesome! Highly recommend Marriott Ko’Olina Beach Club. Hope to visit again someday.

The property grounds are beautiful. With 3 pools to choose from all of which are beautiful! The Marketplace store is well stocked with an excellent selection of food items, coffee etc. The service at check in was warm and friendly, and informative. My one complaint was the pool security. We arrived each day early looking for at least 1 or 2 shade chairs only to find more than 2/3 of the chairs unoccupied but having a towel or book so as to save the location. When we tried to talk to the security which was the same gentleman each day I found him to be defensive and rude. Each day I watched guests struggling to find seating. The policy in place for the pool lounge clearly isn't working, and staff shouldn't get defensive when a guest is just trying to understand the policy.

Great property. The one and only negative the smallest lani ever! And on the back side of the building. That lani only 2 people at most. I saw a lot of room with larger Lanis. The only way I’d stay again is for the larger lani. We enjoy sitting outside and on this trip it was really challenging!

Excellent but Read The Small Print

The property itself is fantastic, you'll love almost everything about it! The location is kinda remote from the main features of the island, so you'll need a car or use a ride-share to get around. Dealing with the property manager - He's responsive and communicates well once you're engaged with him - no issues with that. Just pay close attention to the rate, he will charge you more than what's posted during busier times. You'll get to see this before you commit to his booking but just wanted to call that out. He doesn't like to update the rate per day and uses a default rate and has a disclaimer about charging more than what's posted during the busy season. It would be more helpful to just update the rate per day because it can be done - he just chooses not to. Also, I had to change rooms during my stay to accommodate my dates, just be aware that this may be a solution. The resort does quite a great job in helping you do this as it seems to happen quite often.,

Great property. Our only issue with the unit we stayed in is that the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. Memory foam on one side was depressed too much and spouse had to sleep more in the middle of a queen bid.

We had a great time. The onsite self service laundry was an excellent convenience. The reflection pool should be better supervised to ensure young children are not jumping in, throwing balls around. There are two other pools for those activities. We enjoyed the fitness room.

Beautiful Property!

This is a beautiful property - immaculately maintained. The grounds and pools are wonderful. The room was as described, and ready by about 12 noon, which was great. The only downside is having to get down to the pool before 7 to have nicely located lounge chairs. But that is always an issue at pool/beach centric locations! The food on property is outstanding. I would certainly visit again!

Great stay with a toddler

Great little town about half an hour (without traffic) to the airport. Decent food options nearby. Super helpful to have a target close by (we were traveling with a 3-year-old). The property is well maintained and lots of activities. The only downside is the gym got super crowded and I think was too small for the size of the property, but that was a minor thing. Overall great stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice stay, however a more often cleaning of the room would be nice.

Nice, but additional light cleaning of room would be nice as sand seems to build up in entry way. Also the television remote was either malfunctioning or low on battery power.
