The place was a great deal for us since San Diego is not cheap. Great having a fireplace in unit. Spacious overall. I wish the bathroom setup was a bit different but the bonus space in the bedroom with a curtain separating worked out great for us with our young baby to have a separate space. Our hosts stopped by as they vacation/live in the unit next door which they also own. You are in a pretty good spot compared to the garage spot, beach access, and pool/hottub. The kitchen is a bit of a weak point in terms of what they have and the functionality of it. There is an in-unit washer and dryer which was a big perk too. I wish we didnt need physical keys and could just used the keypad on the door. We had some maintenance issues including a door that would not lock and they wouldnt come until the next day which was pretty sketchy of them. The fan in living room did not work but got replaced the next day.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is an older complex that is starting to show its age, but the grounds are gorgeous and the view is beautiful.
