Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo in the heart of Bayside! Enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer while staying at our condo. Perfect for family vacations, a weekend getaway or a golf trip to play at the award winning Signature Jack Nicklaus course. Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo sleeps up to 10 people. **We provide pillows, comforters and blankets. You provide sheets and towels or ask about linen rental companies in the area.** Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and a screened in porch. High speed internet, secure Wi-Fi and 3 streaming TV's. Elevator access with one assigned, covered parking spot. Additional parking in front of bldg.. STEPS from the Sun Ridge Community Pools and Rec. Center, complete with a splash pad, 2 pools, sports courts and more! Beautiful Delaware and Maryland beaches are a short 15 minute drive. Stroll the nature trails or fish the stocked ponds. A community pier offers seasonal kayaking and paddleboarding. The Freeman Stage has a full schedule of summer concerts and family entertainment. After a busy day, have a relaxing dinner without leaving the resort! Signatures offers a great menu and summer nights are perfect at 38 Degrees to dine outside and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set on the bay. In the off season or rainy day, take advantage of the Aquatic Center with a 75 foot pool PLEASE NOTE: BAYSIDE CHARGES A RECREATION FEE FOR USE OF THE POOL AND REC. FACILITIES. Great apartment. We have stayed in a few VRBOs in Bayside and have been impressed by them all, including this one. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, clean, fantastic location. Communication with the host was excellent. We can’t wait to return!

The host answered all our questions in a timely fashion. The facility was clean but cleaning people could have done better. The area was great for location to pool and getting in and out of Bayside Resorts. We love that area and it was as we expected. We would probably rent a house or half a house in the future as we have done in the past just so we have more room. The pools are great and if you golf, that is the course you want!

Our family Stayed here for a cheer competition in Ocean City!! Perfect location, close to the venue in a beautiful location! Gorgeous condo! Excellent hosts responsive and friendly! Wonderful Place to stay

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with 9 people. Great location and the unit was very clean and well furnished. Communication with owner was wonderful the from the time I booked and during the stay. I will definitely stay here again

Great Bayside Location with Screened porch

My family and I enjoyed the layout of the condo, the attention to detail of the hosts who provided everything we needed to get started, and the screened porch that allowed for outdoor enjoyment regardless of the weather.
