This house was perfect for our stay. It is welcoming, cozy and inviting as well as well equipped. We loved our stay and the extra touches like the fresh flower bouquet from the yard

Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home with great & friendly communication from the host.The beds were a bit firmer than the adults in the group were used to, and the common bathroom fan protests loudly upon start up, and since there in no window for ventilation, should probably be replaced soon. We also couldn't get the front porch light to turn on, or the gas key for the fireplace to align to use it, but we had great fun playing games upon returning to the home in the evening.All in all, the host's property made our short stay very nice and homey.

Thank you Elizabethe for your feed back, we take all of these comments very seriously and are in the process of correcting each of them. I also was unable to get the porch light to work and have a contractor coming this week to replace the lighting fixture and the bathroom fan prior to our next guest check in. The fireplace I turn the gas off in the summer to prevent any gas issues and generally with warm summer days it's not necessary. I do understand with a cooler rainy weekend you would have used it, so I apologize about that. I will be turning it on now that the fall is upon us. Thank you for choosing the Pendleton House and we would love to welcome you back anytime.

The house was very clean, private with good location. I stayed in winter and was easy to keep warm. Jennifer, the host is always avaliable and very kind. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Has a gas fireplace also that keeps you very warm and cozy. Wonderful place to stay.

Very happy with our stay at this rental. We were in town for a tournament, and for three adult friends, each having their own bedroom, was a big plus. Owner was very helpful and prompt in all communications. Would definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT!

Very clean and close to everything. The only recommendation is an extra lamp in the living room for those of us who are readers. But this is one of favorite vrbo paces ever!!! We will stay here whenever we're in Walla Walla. Thank you!

Family visit to see grandparents

The house was a good size for our family of 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to prepare and eat meals there. We liked the decor, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. This house has the coziest blankets! The 1:00 pm check out was so helpful to make the most of our weekend stay. The AC seemed to struggle to cool the house in the evenings, but when I contacted the host, she was quick to get back to me. It was a perfect location for us because we were visiting family living in College Place. We would stay here again.

Good experience with Pendleton House

The owner/manager was great in communicating details and asking questions in advance to make sure house was ready for our group. Had an issue with the EV charger the first day and it was promptly responded to and corrected requiring a visit to reset it - and we received follow-up texts to make sure all was working. Only accuracy item - and maybe missed this detail - would be that the garage is not available for use. You charge on the driveway via an external 240 plug on the outside wall - driveway fits one car - any other cars park on the street.
