The host communication was great and we so appreciated a property for our family (and being dog friendly) that was very clean, comfortable and super well maintained. Pool was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but ended up perfect and in pool essentials like a net and rafts made it fun for our girls and the large outside TV and table area was great to watch the World Cup! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook and bed linens, bath and pool towels were good quality. We would definitely stay again !

Happy Golf Trip

Desert Oasis

Great new build in the heart of PGA West Perfect location for golfers and families. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful amenities to use. It was also great for our two dogs who swam and ran around. Would go back!

We loved our month-long stay at Desert Palms! This is a great house - nice layout, light and bright, with comfortable and modern décor. The house had virtually everything we needed for an extended stay. The outdoor space felt very private, and we enjoyed having the pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, BBQ and putting green. Great neighborhood for walks in the morning with the dog and loved being able to stroll to Ernie's Bar & Grill in the evening for drinks and a bite. And of course you can't beat the proximity to the many golf courses. We had a couple of minor things that needed fixing and the property management company was on it immediately. Very responsive and great communication. Would definitely stay again!

Nice newer home

Stayed here three nights - home is new, had all amenities needed, and was clean and matched the property description. Easy arrival, prompt communication by text with host/property manager. Would be happy to return here in the future.

Fun Property

The house, pool and yard were lovely. It was a fun place to stay with cornhole and putting green. There was plenty of outdoor furniture and there were lots of big screen tvs, including one on the patio. The property managers kept in close touch with us before and after our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Nice Property. Responsive, but Accuracy lacking

Property is fantastic, if it fits your group. The property was in a great location and clean. We had been looking for a place with more rooms and beds and the description when we booked included 7 rooms and 10 beds. When I logged in to look up check in process (after the cancellation date) it had changed to 4 rooms and 5 beds (still not accurate). Upon questioning this I was told the VRBO had an issue with how they were listing things and that the descriptions had been “updated”. No accommodation was made to correct our issue and we were forced to keep our reservation even though our party was too big for the property. I asked Amber if we could have all of our party on the list at the gate, incl a few friends that were coming to dinner after our golf outing, but not staying as we did not have enough room. She said she would put ALL on the list. None of our Sat names made it on the list. An hour later, 4 security guards, and almost getting towed, the issue was resolved by me with security. I emailed Amber about a missing coffee pot Sat morn and Erica delivered one within an hour. They were very responsive. Not apologetic for the mix up in the listing. Michael called 3 days after to the stay to “discuss a partial refund”. He just wanted to give us a discount on a future stay, if booked directly thru them. Useless. I would have given a glowing review if not for the 2 huge issues that were not handled properly (in my opinion) and cost me about 3-4 hours of my time
