Northshore Paradise - Large Beautiful Condo with A/C, EV Port & Beach Access!

Escape to paradise in our newly updated, air-conditioned beachside condo—located in the exclusive Del Mar Beach Club oceanfront community on the bluff on Solana Beach. Just a few steps to the oceanfront deck, clubhouse & private stair access to the beach!

You can hear the ocean from each of the 2 large master bedrooms featuring walk-in closets & private baths: 1 king bedroom with “smart” adjustable bed frame, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private patio. For entertaining, enjoy the comfortable living area complete with 65-inch OLED TV with YouTube TV and Roku included, or the furnished garden patio. The fully equipped kitchen houses brand new “smart” stainless steel appliances, including microwave, induction stove/oven, refrigerator, even an air fryer—and we didn’t forget to include a coffee maker/grinder and a Keurig for your morning cup! Washer/dryer also in unit.

Updated in early spring 2023, this condo also features central AIR CONDITIONING & integrated heat (gotta have that A/C to cool down from the California sun!). A Level 2 EV charging station (240 volts) is also accessible for electric vehicles.

With a focus on family-oriented fun, we've provided renters pool toys, boogie boards, pickle-ball paddles, tennis racquets, and beach gear & towels to enjoy the many amenities the Del Mar Beach Club provides.

PARKING: 2 assigned covered parking spaces, right next to the unit.

NO pets.

NO events or large parties allowed.

NO Smoking OR Vaping anywhere on the property/beach club - NO EXCEPTIONS (includes interiors & exteriors of condo and Del Mar Beach Club).

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the Del Mar Beach Club (the dolphins may pop up to say hi!), take a dip in one of the (heated) community pools, dash around the tennis or pickle-ball courts, or soak up the sun on the nearby semi-private beach, accessible via stairway.

Nearby you can get your heart racing at the Del Mar Race Track across the way, or get your whimsy on at the County Fairgrounds. With endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options all within easy reach (within a 10 minute walk), our Solana Beach condo is the ideal location for your next getaway!

The beautiful Del Mar Beach Club includes 4 pools, 2 saunas, 2 spas, gym, tennis & pickle-ball courts.

Del Mar Beach Club is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many popular attractions such as Sea World, LEGOLAND, and the San Diego Zoo. Combined with Southern California's idyllic weather, the Del Mar Beach Club is relaxed coastal living at its finest!

Due to HOA policies, vacation rentals require a MINIMUM 7-night stay.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Northshore Paradise! The location was perfect. Close enough for our family to travel to San Diego, and also north to Anaheim and Los Angeles for the day. We loved spending time at the beautiful beach located on the property, and at the heated pools. The gym was great to have on site. The home was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. Our three boys were happy to watch TV in the morning before we went out for the day. You could hear the waves from the patio and from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. It was a perfect location for our family of five, and we can’t wait to return!

A great spring break rental

A great place to stay with the kids on our spring break vacation. The complex has a pool, hot tub fitness facility and tennis court. There is private access to the beach, which takes only a couple of minutes to get to from the unit. The unit itself is incredibly well stocked with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, pickle ball) and all the kitchen gear you could need.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Great place. Has everything you could ever need. Can’t beat the location. You can hear the waves crashing it’s so close to the beach. Fantastic views and sunsets. Close to everything. Due to the holiday had trouble accessing the tennis courts, but was able to get a game or two in.

Beautiful complex on Solana Beach

Melinda was very communicative and caring! This unit is the most stocked unit I have ever been in which is much appreciated when traveling cross country into a tropical storm with young children!! All the extra towels and linens you could ask for, beautiful sunsets on the complex deck, nice people, and Whole Foods and Starbucks within 1 mile! Great location, easy drive to anywhere in San Diego, would def stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pure Vacation!

We enjoyed everything about this home! Full of warmth, comfort and amazing amenities! We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the patio with ocean breezes and the sound of waves, beach days, gorgeous sunsets, pool time and all the area fun within minutes! This was a fantastic place to stay!
