Why they chose this property
40 acres of property in total. Fully Stocked fishing pond can be fished with limits in place. Perch, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, & Catfish. 4 Bedrooms in total and 1 Bath with a shower, no tub. Large DR table for gathering. 3 camper pads with two hookups (extra fee) for campers. The sheds pictured are not part of the listing. Gas grill and firepit is available. The pond does have a beach area.
