This cozy apartment is located on the Commercial St in the quiet west end of Provincetown, yet just steps from amazing shops and restaurants - next to Joon bar and Pop + Dutch, 2 blocks away from the Boatslip Resort and Joe's Coffee. Right across the street from the access to the town beach.
The living room has the stunning view all around. Wake up to the stunning ocean view, look out to the beautiful sunset to the west, and the monument to the east.
This apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, all new furniture and a great entertainment center with soundbar.
This is a great cozy place to enjoy your Provincetown trip.

ATTENTION:

The parking spot at this property is not big enough to fit a big SUV (e.g. 3-row SUV) or a pick-up truck. Please don't book if you have large vehicles.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building without an elevator.

Jian’s place is a very very cute 1 bedroom close to the center of town, restaurants, shops, gym, etc. the view of the bay is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

A positively dreamy spot in the heart of Provincetown. I stayed for a week while studying at the Fine Arts Work Center—an easy 20-minute walk away. It wasn't our first stay and it won't be our last! As regular visitors to town, this is our favorite place to stay - the location is exceptional and it has all the amenities one needs! Clean apt, great views, great sunlight through multiple windows, very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed except dish towels. Did not receive entry code info in time however, host was immediately reachable by text. So overall went very smoothly and the location is perfect. So quiet as the bedroom is off the street in back and just a lovely apt for 1-2 people.

Really nice stay Provincetown!

We loved our stay in Provincetown. This property was perfect for two! Sunny and bright apartment looking down on Commercial Street and out to the water. Close to everything and we left the car parked all week using bikes and our feet.

Located in the quiet West End neighborhood in Provincetown yet close to everything Ptown has to offer, this property features the stunning ocean view, sunset view, and the monument.
Imagine having your morning coffee in the living room with the ocean view. That's probably the best way to wake up.
Just across the street from Joon Bar, two blocks away from Boatslip Resort which has the world-famous Tea Dance in the summer, as well as Joe's Coffee, which has been an anchor for local residents as well as visitors all year round. Pop + Dutch is right across the Commercial St, which has probably the best breakfast sandwiches in town. Liz's cafe is just down the street. This property provides you one of the best locations in West End.
