Feel at-home in this pet friendly, cozy, ranch-style house with notes of blue and green throughout the home for a welcoming and inviting feeling. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms with comfy memory foam mattresses, 1 full bath, living room with big screen Roku TV, kitchen with granite countertops & island that is open to the dining room with seating for 6, and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has two closets and Roku TV, bedrooms 2 and 3 has Roku TV's and single closets. Enjoy the warm summer evenings on the patio overlooking the large fenced-in backyard and cookout on the gas grill.
The house is located on the main road in a large subdivision on the Southside of Kokomo and is only a very short drive to restaurants, fast food restaurants, Dollar General, gas stations, and much more!
Carmel, Indiana is only a short 30 minute drive and Indianapolis is less than one hour.

Fenced in backyard

we enjoyed the stay. The fenced in backyard was good for the dog. We enjoyed the patio as well. We were very surprised by the quietness of the neighborhood in the evening with the number of cars that drove through.

Loved this cute, comfortable, clean home!

We LOVED staying at this very clean, adorable, pet-friendly home on a quiet, well-lit street! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard to run around in. Brand new appliances and cute decor made this home a lovely place to stay in. The owner was so kind and immediately responded to any questions we had, and check-in was so easy! She was kind enough to help us get back some things we left behind. We felt very safe and walked the dog up and down the street at night. We will stay here again!

Good location

Great location! Friendly host. Yard not mowed. I did ask and it was suppose to be done but it didn’t happen. Towels were like dish towels. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
