This bungalow features 2 off street parking spots, with plenty of. on street parking for a truck with boat and trailer that you can keep an eye on.

While we do allow up to 6 guests, that is not optimal for this pad. Unregistered guests and/or visitors are not allowed at this property and will result in eviction. Loud music is not allowed ever at this property no parties, "get togethers" etc.

This is one of 5 private bungalows just completed in 2021 and is brand new as a. short term rental. It is set up for families & you will love it.

You can stay here for a fraction of the price of South Padre Island for some of this luxury level that will satisfy even the most discerning of high end tastes in decor.

High speed wifi included as well as contactless check in. Unit has pots/pans/linens/towels & a basic starter pack of soaps

Please be advised to read, understand, and agree to ALL house rules on this property. prior to booking. allows up to 6 sleeping space is not set up for that unless you have airbed.

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.

We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.

Additionally any guests that are NOT 25 years of age or older are required to place down an additional $500 fully refundable damage deposit that is billed after booking is made.

Please do NOT book if you do not agree to complete the docusign OR if you are under 25 years of age and will not comply with the additional damage deposit requirement.
