We had an amazing time at the property. Very secured location, the management team was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that stays in San Carlos. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.
We absolutely loved this vaca in San Carlos. The house with a view was amazing. We couldn’t believe we got to stay at this house, with this view. We have been to San Carlos a few times but never like this stay.
Property has a musky smell that may stem from the owners plants. The location is amazing but consideration should be given to the very steep hill climb and steep transition angle to the carport when arriving at the property if you have a low clearance vehicle.

What I Know
3 reasons I choose this property. I knew the area, the view of the bay and that I could bring my 2 little dogs. The area is safe and the access to the little beach is nice. The view did not disappoint, it never does. Sunrises, sunsets and if you time your trip right you get the moon illuminating the bay. Having my two little companions with me was very nice. The back patio is completely enclosed so no worries about escapes. But there are a few quite a few feral cats out in the front so just a heads up incase your dogs are cat chasers. Be respectful and don't take your animals to the little beach. The house has a great layout. Spacious interiors. The kitchen is nice and big. The bedrooms are also nice and spacious. I think the mattresses and pillows need replacing (bring your own pillows). There is not much hot water flow in the master bath (I did let them know). The patio is spacious. The lounge options are not very good though. The pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was nice and clean to, but couldn't figure out how to work it. I would have really liked to have had an instruction booklet in a convenient location to help navigate the amenities as well as including some house notes. There is plenty to like about this house regardless of a few hiccups. It is a dog friendly rental. The spacious interior. The views. For all of that It was a reasonable pice. I would consider staying again.
