This area is a popular no wake zone where you can “park” your boat, swim, fish or kayak to Cairns Island & enjoy the “beach like” setting. There is a fire pit for your evening s’mores making. The family oriented community has a recreation center with 2 swimming pools, tennis court, playground, marina-with boat launch & basketball court.
The space
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms & a large deck. There are 3 levels with a kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, bathroom and living area on the primary level. There is a large deck off of the main level with a table for outdoor dining. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a small private deck off of 1 of the bedrooms. The lower level has a 2nd kitchen, bedroom, family room, laundry room & bathroom.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home minus a few owner’s closets. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is a Keurig for coffee lovers. We supply sheets, 1 bath towel and washcloth for each guest, dishcloths, 1 roll of paper towels for each kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

The cleaning fee includes the HOA fee for use of the community pools, tennis courts, boat launch, basketball courts and playgrounds.
Other things to note
This property is on a hill. The driveway is curved and steep. It is a steep walk down to the lake including 59 steps on the stairs to the relatively flat area to walk to the dock. There are 3 steps up to get into the first floor of the home and 3 steps down inside on the first floor between the dining area and the living room and deck. There is parking behind the house and there is a paved area next to the house that could also be used for parking. There is flat grassed area that can house a boat trailer. There is a small pull off area at the top of the driveway
