Hi! We are Ben and Amberlee Kessler! We are originally from Denver and Houston but have called Nashville home for the past 7 years and will probably never leave! We love Nashville and particularly east Nashville because there is always a great show to catch, lots of beautiful nature close by and some of the greatest people in the US! We love our neighborhood because it’s less than 10 minutes from all of the action of downtown/broadway - yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood that is safe and comfortable. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home that we love so much and visit us again soon!

The Layout:
The lower level is made up of two bedrooms that are each connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom (with a tub/shower combo). The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the additional bedroom has a queen bed. The main floor is made up of the living room and kitchen. The upstairs floor has a king bedroom and a larger bedroom, with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. There is also a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo that is connected between the bedrooms.
Parking:
Please use gate entry off of Saunders Ave and park in the back. The door lock is there under the carport. Please note that the front door will not work with your code, it can only be used at the back door.
Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors. Here you'll be exactly 10 minutes to Downtown Broadway, East Nashville, and walking to East Side Bowl, a retro bowling alley bar. It's also located next to entrances of many major highways and thoroughfares to ensure multiple routes, and quick, easy access to all of Nashville. Check out El Fuego's for Mexican food, Jenni's for ice cream, Shotgun Willie's for BBQ, Hearts for brunch, Vinyl Tap for a record store/bar experience, and Urban Cowboy for cocktails!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
