We are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

No car needed - we are walking distance to many things! The airport is only about 15 minutes away. Downtown Broadway bars is 1.9 miles away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

**Please note that a required $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

Wedding weekend locale

The property suited our needs very nicely. Plenty of room and easy to operate all of the appliances. The host was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. There were many walkable options for stores and dining. We would highly recommend!

We had the absolute worst experience staying at 5 Points. We were totally catfished - the pictures, descriptions, and reviews were the complete opposite to our time spent there. Check-in was fine, and the amount of beds worked for our group. However, sleep was absolutely impossible. The neighbors blared EDM music so loud that the walls vibrated. It was as if we were staying at a frat house who was hosting a rave. We messaged the host, and they said they put in a “warning.” The VRBO house details claim that it is a residential building, so we thought it was just a one-night situation. Unfortunately, this continued for the next two nights; worsening with loud shouting and piercing sounds of objects being thrown until 4:30 a.m. We ourselves were out late at bars, so it’s not like we are against having a good time. But we booked this VRBO expecting to have a good, solid place to relax after a long, fun day / night exploring. Instead, we came back to a complete disaster. Not to mention, the beds were filthy with small, curly black hairs on the sheets and pillows. So if you are seeking a dorm-like experience filled with tumultuous sounds, body hair-infested sheets on a 1980s mattress, this is the place for you.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The location is on a busy street but sounds weren’t a problem. The decor is nice and the beds furniture are comfy. We went to a few local restaurants within a mile of the property which were tasty and charming. Easy access to Broadway via personal car/Uber. We would stay here again.

This property is amazingly decorated and very cool. If you have small children bc of the location can make it very difficult to get them to sleep as you hear the street all night. Overall recommend for adults not ideal for families.

Would not ever feel comfortable staying here!

This location has traffic in the parking lot that is questionable. This made myself, two other mothers and our childreen feel extremely unsafe. We ultimately decided to leave. We did't feel safe staying at this property with our children and we also did not feel compfortable having our cars in this lot over night. I have reached out to the host and have not yet recieved a response. Our children were very disappionted but we put our safety first.

Good for Bachelor Party

Was a great place for a bachelor party. It would be great for people that plan on going out into downtown Nashville since rideshare is quite cheap, and you'll have plenty of company coming back from the bars in other units in the 2:00-4:00 a.m. hours. However, if you're looking for peace and quiet at night I would not recommend it. Also, the owner requires you to do quite a bit of cleaning chores before leaving even though you pay a cleaning fee - just something to be warned about.

Moms bday getaway

Great location! Plenty of space for 4 people, thought 12 might be a bit tight. Bathrooms were spacious. Host communication was great … the AC went out and it was fixed before we came back from exploring.I do wish the bedrooms had curtains to block the light from the streetlights and parking lot lights. Might also dampen the noise from the busy street outside.

Perfect Location & Super Comfortable

This is a great place in a safe neighborhood walking distance to several Restaurants and bars in the 5 Points area. 5 mins to downtown and easy and plentiful parking. The place is well appointed and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Great for the price

Property was nice for the most part. Very close to the road and the traffic is very loud. We had a rowdy group upstairs so it was a very loud night. The water in the showers is either all the way hot or no water pressure at all. Otherwise the stay was great!

We honestly thought we were at the wrong location for a good 10 minutes before trying the apt. door and letting ourselves in. There was a lot going on outside - parties, grilling out and the outside appearance wasn't great. Once inside, it was great! What is shared on the app is accurate and beds are comfy - even the queen bunks! The outside noise, banging upstairs and the fire alarm going of for 30 straight minutes at 3am were things that made our stay a little less than desirable.

Easy access to so many places. Great local eateries. Unfortunately a lot of street noise and lights at night. Kitchen had minimal amenities. We cooked ground beef but there was no strainer to strain grease.

Wonderful stay & location

We were very comfortable for our three night stay… cozy beds and linens, ample towels and a great open area to hang out. The layout is quite efficient. We appreciated the addition of white noise machines to help block out the street noise. The kitchen had enough supplies (plateware, silverware, etc.), but it’s not the type of kitchen where you could cook extensive meals.The location was ideal — super easy to walk to many bars/restaurants/shops and also a close drive to lots of other popular places. Don’t snooze on Snooze and Hunters Station down the block - wonderful food options. We also really enjoyed Duke’s. Guerilla Bizkits was phenomenal. East Nashville is super fun, funky and a great/more chill neighborhood compared to downtown.Overall, highly recommend!
