This beachfront condo provides it all! Located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, this condo has the best views of all things PCB. Many satisfied guests to date who comment on views, cleanliness, condo essentials, spacious living spaces, modern appliances and more! The Celadon Beach Resort is one of the best maintained properties on the beach. New beach walkways and outdoor showers, resurfaced tennis /pickleball court and a remodeled fitness center are just a few of the amenities. 1400 square feet of relaxation, filled with all of the essentials. Beach wagon and chairs, updated appliances, remodeled tile showers, granite counters throughout, and walking distance to the famous Thomas' donuts! Set aside your worries and come to the beach to enjoy the sunshine, sound of the waves and plenty of local attractions to keep you busy if you like.

Open, renovated condo that allows couples, families and friends to enjoy both private and shared spaces. Updated furniture and laundry in January 2025. The condo includes most essentials you'd find in your own home, particularly small kitchen appliances and other cooking tools. If you wonder if we have it, just ask!

Primary Suite has a king bed, sliding doors that open to the deck and a walk in closet. The primary suite bath has a tiled walk in shower, soaking tub and separate water closet.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed with closets and a full bath with newly tiled walk in shower.

3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Shared bathroom in hallway has a renovated shower/tub combo.

Living space has generous seating. Shiplap wall with electric fireplace, swivel chairs and large flatscreen tv. A brand new queen sleeper sectional (without the back breaking bar!) arrived earlier this year. Condo includes one twin air mattress and a new pack n' play are available as well.

All living spaces/bedrooms have new televisions with ROKU remotes for your streaming services.

Kitchen has granite surfaces, stainless steel large and small appliances, brand new high-end coffee pot (brew and pods) and toaster, Ninja blender, counter top griddle, cabinets full of serving ware, bakeware, and most cooking essentials.

Guests have access to 2 pools/hot tubs (one heated year round), tennis/pickle ball courts and a fitness center.

Large deck that spans the length of the condo for exceptional views! Beach and pool toys available for guest use as well to include a beach wagon for all your belongings and the included beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs.

Secure parking is available in a covered lot. Parking is $45 per car, per stay. Vehicle registration information is sent when check-in instructions are sent.
