Great little spot, close to groceries and food. Quinpool is a lovely walking area. The apartment was simple and clean with all the necessary appliances, check-in was straightforward, communication with the hosts was prompt and polite. There is no TV but I did not want one anyhow. The bath tub was luxuriously deep and comfortable and I used it a lot! Bathroom has a skylight which I loved. My main con was that the building's walls are extremely thin, I could hear my neighbours talking and we felt like we needed to whisper and tread carefully on the creaky floor so as not to disturb others. Place could use another extension cord as well, I made do with 2 plugs. I would stay again!

Not as represented and WAY overpriced.
I'm only allowed 1500 characters to write this review. I need MUCH more. So, to put it briefly: AVOID!! Homeless tent city across the street in a park with 6 or 8 tents, has almost no power outlets to access (fortunately, found one long extension cord behind the not-very-good bed, no A/C and no other good way to get the room cooled, windows that don't open/work & no curtains, no ceiling fan, no TV or even a monitor to cast your phone to, no radio, had a rug that was FILTHY, mouse & rat traps, a bunch of rules that, if not followed adequately, threaten you with "FINES" (that's the terminology). Even not satisfactorily separating trash into recycling/garbage/compost. *A microwave on the fridge that can't be plugged in unless you lift it down to the floor and plug it into an extension cord. *The kettle is in a little squeeze space beside the stove with a range hood threatening to give you a nasty gash or concussion. Dangerous! The good: =If it was a nice place, and without "Tent Town" across from the front door, the location (proximity to downtown, nearby amenities) would be awesome. =The bathroom has been nicely updated and modern. =Mngt company was responsive to questions/inquiries. Summary: As it is, if it was 30% of its current price, and I was desperate for a place to stay for maybe one night, I'd consider it... maybe... at a cost of roughly $140/night? Nope. Never again for me. Not even for $50/night. It REALLY needs a LOT of work.
